I was told there were resident events when I applied to live here. I have been here almost 6 months and there have been no events. While the complex is nice, I also have no cell phone reception in my apartment and learned from my neighbors this is a common issue.

I've rented with about 6 communities over the past 8 years, and this one was by far the best. The friendly office staff sets them apart, and this carries into the day to day operations. Maintenance issues (rare) were solved quickly and the property is cared for meticulously. I really enjoyed living here and would recommend.
