          By the time you leave this place is when you will realize , you were confused to get out of them. I lived here and I am telling you despise no enough parking , I do love everything about this apartment. The management are so kind, respectful and they do listen to your concerns. What a stars. They rock. may god bless Aquila staffing, there are awesome and hard working to make sure all is well.

          By far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a rental company. Too many issues to list, but the most recent would be them allowing contractors into my apartment to do work and coming home to a bed covered in metal shavings and plaster pieces from the ceiling, in a room we were not told they would be entering. Do not rent with this company!

          Water is shut off weekly to be repaired. Building manager has changed 3 times in a year. Elevator broke and they decided they are never going to fix it. Living in the 3rd floor, this is a big hassle.

          Any issue with maintenance is fixed quickly and responded to at the least in a fast manner. letting the tenants know when inspections are happening and parking issues. I just really wish our rent was lower. Everything in our society is going up in price except for our wages.
