    When we moved in the carpet was dirty, walls were smudged and scratched, the toilet, refrigerator, and microwave wave stopped working No later than a week after we moved in. Also we arent allowed to Park in the spaces of the building behind us but apparently they are free to park wherever they please despite them having underground parking

    The apartment was good and was near to my office. Also neighborhood was good.

    Manager needs to improve upon soft skills. I remember one example that he asked to vacate one family with husband, wife and 1 year kid who were living in one bedroom apartment. One should be humble enough and manager should have confirm if the specified couple identified another apartment. This is not good at all.

    Only issue I can think of is Apartments doesn't provide key less entry. Instead of key there should be card system just show your card and get in. it is very difficult to open the door while you are bringing groceries, specially in the winter it is very difficult with gloves on.

    Good but if they had heated garage and kids play area it would have been better. Rent is bit costly

    Maintenance and security is not good. Management is not user friendly, always it is tough to get it done anything from them.
