When we moved in the carpet was dirty, walls were smudged and scratched, the toilet, refrigerator, and microwa Read Moreve wave stopped working No later than a week after we moved in. Also we arent allowed to Park in the spaces of the building behind us but apparently they are free to park wherever they please despite them having underground parking

The apartment was good and was near to my office. Also neighborhood was good.

Manager needs to improve upon soft skills. I remember one example that he asked to vacate one family with husb Read Moreand, wife and 1 year kid who were living in one bedroom apartment. One should be humble enough and manager should have confirm if the specified couple identified another apartment. This is not good at all.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. I regret that you were not satisfied with the performance of our management. We work hard to accommodate residents that have outgrown the legal occupancy limit of their apartment. Unfortunately, sometimes we do not have larger units available. We would never want to displace someone who doesn't have a future home and feel with our notice period this gives ample time to the residents to find a new home if we are not able to.
Only issue I can think of is Apartments doesn't provide key less entry. Instead of key there should be card sy Read Morestem just show your card and get in. it is very difficult to open the door while you are bringing groceries, specially in the winter it is very difficult with gloves on.

Good but if they had heated garage and kids play area it would have been better. Rent is bit costly
