    Majority of staff was friendly. Facility was not updated and garage doors are manual.

    We had a major problem with our heat & Westwood gardens didn't seem to care & never really fixed the problem. We had to put plastic on our windows & purchase a heater to try & keep warm through the winter. Also we had a family above us that were very rude & verbally abusive, they had a young little girl that ran, jumped & made lots of noise all the time. We also had a scarey incident, one of the residents visitors that was staying with them was stabed. Was not impressed with the apartments.

    Everything was great until i gave my notice that i was moving. I never received my deposit back or letter explaining why it was not returned

    The initial rental process was very smooth, and my roommate and I had no issues with moving in. I was a little upset that it took the office staff eight months before finding the paperwork we filled out to have our electric set up in our names, even when I had contacted them multiple times. Not enough parking, and parking lots were in bad condition (one portion was too low and was always flooded). Great floorplans though, and facilities staff were FANTASTIC at responding to repair requests!!

    Electronic rent system works great
    Office staff are helpful and friendly
    Maintenance is not the best-washing machines don't always work, fire alarms go off every so often, hot water is not consistent
    Main office has no evening hours and very few weekend hours making it hard for those who work during the weekday to talk to them and pick up packages
