    The staff was courteous and respectful, but we had a minor maintenance issue with our balcony door that was never fixed. We probably could have been more persistent about it. The value was great though, with utilities included. It was definitely a nice place than you would expect for this price in this location.

    Great centralized location close to multiple freeways yet still very quiet. I love that all utilities are included in the rent!

    Shelard Village is a good place to live. It is in a great location and is fairly updated given the price range.

    I am happy living at Shelard Village Apartments though I do think there are some items management could improve upon. I am disappointed that on at least three different occasions I tried to stop in the office during hours but the sign says they're closed or they'll be back in 20-30 minutes etc. Also parking in underground parking smells like garbage as the parking is in extremely close proximity to where residents dump garbage and recycling. I also would like to see more visitor parking spaces.

    I was a resident before the recent upgrades and am very impressed with the changes around the building. It is always clean and full of seasonal decor, like at a hotel. And maintenance if ever needed responds promptly.
