I'm hoping to live there because during my visit, I found a very cleaned appartment but my only concern is the pricing. It sounds like low income but $850 for 1 bed room in my opinion is high. when you pay for electricity and internet, the price is over $900. Great place for those who make about $40.000 yearly.

Was told there was already other applicants maybe I should try again when someone is denied. But first she told first come, first serve with deposit, and application fee. I was going to get the money and she called me.
