    This place is ridiculous on the price. Your paying to live with mice , and loud people who let the children run up and down the hallway. Not to mention they don't notify you when maintenance is coming it's law that they notify you 24 or 42hours ahead of time not just come randomly. Also the leasing office agent is rude as ever. I wouldn't recommend living here and not to mention there isn't any where to park considering there's two complexes, so you literally have to fight for a secured spot in the front or back parking lot which is cluttered not to mention they don't have security cameras anywhere in the parking lot nor building for security. Not worth the ridiculous price and not to mention your rent will increase after the first year.

    There is not enough parking for everyone. I usually have to walk 3 blocks at night to get home. There's always trash in the hallways. It smells like rotten food and cigarettes in my building. My neighbors are disrespectful and careless. Someone hit my car in the parking lot because they made their own parking spot and management refused to give me the guys name and apt number.
