Everything has been absolutely awesome and I would rate it excellent, but my air conditioning has been problem Read Moreatic and I'm beginning to think it's just a product of the central air infrastructure here. It's a shame because I struggle to sleep and it has tarnished my experience. They are working on getting it resolved...just hope it's something that can actually be fixed.

I gave a grade good. The reason for doing so has to do with the age of the building. The staff here really doe Read Mores try to good by tenets.

Office staff runs hot and cold, sometimes very helpful other times they act like you are bothering them. You Read Moretalk to them about concerns and they seem to go in one ear and out the other and get the standard response, we are aware of it and yet nothing gets done. Tired of the smokers ignoring the 25 feet from front door law and having to walk through a haze of smoke and the younger tenants treating the building like a dorm/fraternity/sorority and not respecting other tenants.
