Loved my little studio apartment, new hardwood floors when I moved in. I also had a HUGE balcony...odd for a Read Morestudio. Staff was always quick to answer any questions I had and the few times I had a maintenance issues (broken garbage disposal, clogged tub, etc) it was taken care of that day. Staff was friendly and always greeted me by name. Noise levels from other residents were never an issue. Fitness room was always clean. I would definitely recommend it!

Poorly placed mailboxes. Ridiculous snow parking restrictions. Ridiculous parking in general- numbered system Read More would have been great. Stupid dog rules- so loud all the time!

The apartment complex is pretty decent for the location and price. The manager is friendly and nice but things Read More didn't get done promptly if you needed work done around the apartment.

Hard time getting action on any issues. The dog park was monopolized by one woman whose dogs were mean to al Read Morel the other dogs (had to take our dog to the vet twice with injuries caused by her dogs) and it took the management over a year to do anything but even after the "warning" they never followed up to make sure she was following the rules (which she wasn't).
We had a ground floor apartment and had an awful mouse problem but again the management wouldn't act lots of promises no results.
