I was blown away by the care taken by the staff here to ensure that our time in the apartment was excellent. They were always so quick to answer our questions and address anything we had concerns about. Also, the apartment was super spacious and looked great! I was very pleasantly surprised by the care and professionalism at McCarrons Village Apartments. (Thanks Rayauna for all your help!)

Poorly placed mailboxes. Ridiculous snow parking restrictions. Ridiculous parking in general- numbered system would have been great. Stupid dog rules- so loud all the time!

The apartment complex is pretty decent for the location and price. The manager is friendly and nice but things didn't get done promptly if you needed work done around the apartment.

Very Friendly Neighbors, the staff is very effective on taking care of your wants and needs, and there are many restaurants, n stores around this place. Close to Maplewood mall and Roseville mall.

Hard time getting action on any issues. The dog park was monopolized by one woman whose dogs were mean to all the other dogs (had to take our dog to the vet twice with injuries caused by her dogs) and it took the management over a year to do anything but even after the "warning" they never followed up to make sure she was following the rules (which she wasn't). We had a ground floor apartment and had an awful mouse problem but again the management wouldn't act lots of promises no results.

Loved my little studio apartment, new hardwood floors when I moved in. I also had a HUGE balcony...odd for a studio. Staff was always quick to answer any questions I had and the few times I had a maintenance issues (broken garbage disposal, clogged tub, etc) it was taken care of that day. Staff was friendly and always greeted me by name. Noise levels from other residents were never an issue. Fitness room was always clean. I would definitely recommend it!
