Its ok but people make too much noise and putting trash everywhere and banging on peoples doors and stuff and shooting so I wouldnt recommend it if you have children

This is a decent place to live at. Management is very attentive and cares for their tenants. 24/7 emergency maintenance has been very helpful in my two years of living here also. I havent seen any rodents but I have seen roaches here and there. When I made a complaint, the issue was addressed straight away and we had a professional come in and check it out immediately. Besides the neighborhood being a bit sketchy at times, its a decent place. Occasional loud music but it usually quiets down. My neighbors in general are pretty quiet people.

New manager is on top of things. He's friendly funny and about business. It's a nice place to live and very affordable
