The building itself is beautiful. Once the gym & pool room went in, I was happy. I always recieve my packages in a safe & timely manner.

I gave it a good rating for the following reasons: When I moved in the building was still under construction. The amenities have been nice but slow to get them available to residents. I would like to see a community TV in social lounge.

The overall building is so incredibly beautiful. However it was so noisy during the construction I could barely stand it= especially the week the front Robert St door was remodeled! Noise really gets amplified in our building-(Pioneer), However we moved to 11th floor from 8th and it is quieter.

Love the space and connectedness of the apartment complex. But communication with residents is sometimes inadequate. We're often in the dark on important decisions that shape and enhance our community, e.g. retail locations in the building, shared amenities.

Overall, we have had a great experience here. The delays in cleaning the exterior windows (still need to be done ), and in finishing the project, are the reasons we did not check the excellent box.

Did not choose excellent because the walls do not block sound very well--I can hear everything going on in my neighbors apartments and I'm sure they can hear me. Old office staff was below average, but newer staff is about average. They use UMS to manage utility billing--UMS does not even allow credit card payments without a fee nor do they allow electronic check payments: stuck in the 1990s it seems. Utilities are expensive.
