I've resided at R7 for a year. The lofts are spacious with wonderful natural light, as well as 'smart' lights thoughtfully placed. Property managers Sakouna and Bill are professional, responsive and friendly. Extra attention has been paid to security in the building, which is a plus in its urban location. R7 is a great place to live downtown with peace of mind and spacious comfort.

David the Property Manager was so fun and helpful. I had a great tour with him and lots of good information about the property and the neighborhood. I was very impressed with the amenities and it seems that R7 Lofts proprietors have thought of all needs that a tenant could want. I felt very safe and taken care of there. The location is great. It is clean and updated and the smart technology is stellar. I highly recommend it! Thank you, David!
