The leasing manager Theresa and her daughter are the laziest rudest people on Earth and do nothing but harass residents while they do absolutely nothing...the apartment common areas and laundry rooms are never cleaned and the elevators reek of urine and feces....I wouldnt wish these apartments on my worst enemy!!

I really wanted to check out their one bedroom and two bedroom but everyone I spoke to was rude until I was actually there then they were exceptionally rude. I was told that I could not see or tour but I could check out the leasing office which is a converted apartment. I got there a little after 8am (I was told they were open and confirmed online) after driving from work and there was few signage to help find the office. I finally found it and rang the buzzer with no answer. I decided to call and was snapped at by the woman telling me "we have always opened at 8:30". I took this as a indication of their support quality and left. Very disappointed and somewhat angry to drive 30 mins just to get yelled at. I do not wish to speak more on this and hope that they either fire whoever answers their phones or at least change managing companies.

This is the most wonderful place I have lived thus far. Management is so quick to answer to any complaints. Apartments are really clean and people are friendly. Not to mention 800 ft for $670. That was hard to find. My husband and I were worried since we are an interracial couple but this neighborhood is really nice with Robert street just 2 blocks away. I love it!
