Live on the third story of a sit-ups apartment. Management sucks. Was supposed to ordered a year ago and never came in. I went down to talk to them about it and they said they were never ordered. Horrible place! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Terrible management!!! I was doing some work for a woman who lived in a building owned by the same management company and would always have trouble finding parking. She had been towed twice so we asked the lady at the front desk where to park. She told us to wait until the restaurant closed and we could park in their lot from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. We took her advice and I was only in the lot from 11:00pm- 12:30 an and got towed. Of course they wouldn't take responsibility for their glaring mistake so I was stuck with a $260 ticket and wasted two hours of my time. I've also in the five times I've been there never walked down the hallway without smelling drugs. It's "dog friendly" but there is no grass to walk your dog and the apartments are tiny and over priced. It's a very noisy area, right next to the Wabasha street bridge and only some of the apartments have decent views. You can do so much better for less money elsewhere and not be treated as poorly as we were.

Its such a spacious place and you don't hear your neighbors and high ceilings! Big closet and bathroom. Even for the studio I had it was crazy how big it was. Although living next to Station 4 was hard some nights. I can't say the maintenance was any good at the time of my residence which was before they had new management.

I love the apartment, but I can't give the rating of excellent because of the interaction with the ever-changing management. When I signed my lease, it was with the inclusion of laundry on each floor. There was a period of almost 5 months where there was NO laundry on our floor, and of the 5 floors in our building, only 2 of the 10 washers and 2 of the 10 dryers were working. I was actually advised by a lawyer to fight this discrepancy in our lease. The amenities and management are NONEXISTENT
