      part quiet but we are starting to see things go downhill. That being said, I am giving one star for the following reasons: The new management staff is careless. The building changed hands earlier in the year and we were promised many things. Nothing is getting done though, I have outstanding maintenance requests, and there is no communication. Residents are posting on our online portal about crime and drugs, and these posts are being removed by staff (its like they are trying to hide something?). The hallways are constantly filled with cigarette smoke although the property is supposedly "smoke free." Utilities are ridiculous. Somehow we have a $250 utility bill every month that is an average of all tenants throughout the building. Even if we use very little heat or water, we are still paying for every one else's... sometime I wonder if the management profits from our utility bill as it is obvious we are paying for not only our unit but general areas as well. It is absolutely ridiculous that they can charge us an average amount when we try to conserve and save. The renovations are also a joke. Though the unit is beautiful, once you move in you will find that they obviously cut corners. The switches don't always work, the microwave trips, and the outlets are too loose for things to stay plugged in. Pretty sure the windows are also original. This is our first winter here and we are seeing molding happening around the framing though I am constantly wiping condensation. The carpet in the main hallways is dirty, stained and needs to be replaced. We pay close to $2k per month and expect more. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere. If you live here, find our new resident Facebook page by searching The Burlington St Paul Residents. You can let others know what is going on and stay updated on the current events!       We have had an incredible stay at the Burlington, and this is really due to the wonderful people managing the place. We have to give special commendation to Kyrellfrom the beginning, he went above and beyond to find us the perfect apartment for our budget and our family needs, and since has been so very helpful in getting us what we need with such quick turnaround time. We really feel like he is our advocate and appreciate all the help hes given us. Hats off to Kyrell and the rest of the Burlington team!

      Village Green is maintaining the refurbished Burlington very well ... they have made the transition to a more contemporary rental complex, with better amenities both inside apartments and throughout the property ~~

      Moving to The Burlington was a great decision! My leasing agent did a phi-nominal job getting my application and lease together in a timely manner. The actual apartment is amazing, NO COMPLAINTS. The community is family friendly, pet friendly, and quiet. I feel blessed!
