****(waste of time - MAJOR Red flag)*** PLEASE READ: We arrived for a tour 5 mins behind schedule, thought it wouldn't be a big deal - the buildings are hidden and the leasing office is hard to find. As soon as we walked in we smiled and greeted the property manager (older white woman) - instead of being greeted the same way - we were met with nothing but snarky remarks from the manager ( Saturday 7/7/2018) She was not polite at all and felt the need to call us out for being 5 mins late. Now i understand being 10-15 mins late, I would have course call ahead of time (I don't like having people wait on me) but no exaggeration, only 5 mins late - she didn't ask,or care if we had trouble finding the place, nor was she considerate of our time. She asked us to leave ("Im done, Im done" she says) All because we called her out for being so RUDE! Also threatened to call the police on us, (I'm not sure why but she felt like we were some sort of threat to her) It seems like she didn't want to do her job that day. We wasted 2 hours of our day trying to find a place to rent. NO WAY TO TREAT FUTURE TENANTS/CUSTOMERS - TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I sated good because over all I like the location and the style of the apartment home but I do wish a club house/party room was available. The trains are very loud and nightly my unit shakes when trains roll by.

We love the community and the office staff is great! The maintenance crew is very friendly, fast, attentive and efficient. The apartments however, are a bit outdated and some of the wall space in the kitchen could be utilized better.

Beautiful area of St. Paul but the building common areas are only kept up minimally, just enough to get by. Stained carpets, no air conditioning in the summer, etc. The heating and air conditioning system have led to mold issues.

Because of the location it is only minutes from either downtown St. Paul or downtown Minneapolis.
