It is frustrating that the elevator for the building seems to be out of order at least once a month. Maybe sp Read Moreending the money to upgrade it would be a good long term investment instead of having to fix it monthly. Management is quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Since residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments, sometimes the hallways really smell like smoke. It i Read Mores also a challenge to get into your storage locker, since you have to use a group key and aren't allowed to have or buy one. Otherwise, I'm quite happy. The management is very nice, reasonable, and is usually able to accommodate any request. Questions or inquiries are answered or taken care of in a timely manner, as well as maintenance requests.

We wanted to let you know that we have since changed our smoking policy and have become a 100% smoke free property as of May 2018!
There were some issues with the elevator that took several weeks to fix.

The mgr is awesome and a pleasure to work with-in fact I've had positive experiences with everyone in the offi Read Morece and maintenance. The only complaint I have is that after they upgraded my apartment last year I was presented with a new lease with a rent increase of 120.00. I rec'd NO written notice that this was going to happen and the in-force lease did not have a clause stating that I would be required to re-do my lease at mgmt's will. I doubt that was legal but did not pursue

Elevator had a lot of problems, was stuck in it for 30 min and no one called to say sorry. When the windows we Read Morere being redone it took over 6 weeks and they seem poorly done. Staff has always been pleasant to speak to. Rent has increased more than what the place is worth
