There have been multiple rent increases and management pushing to make these small dated apartments into some sort of luxury community. Residents spent the summer moving furniture from one room to the next in an endless series of "upgrades" that were either not completed correctly the first time or needed revisions. Management made sure to raise the rent significantly BEFORE the upgrades were installed so the residents ended up paying for updating the buildings in advance without the services we were paying for. The air conditioners are not sufficient to cool the entire apartment and the internet service is unreliable at times. Property management will not reply to voicemails so you have to run into them in person to get anything answered. Long story short, these apartments are not worth the amount of rent they charge, you can rent equivalent, better quality apartments for similar cost.

This information is not correct. You must pay trash and water. They do not answer the phone 24/7. Garages are not included in the cost and on street parking can be difficult.

it is my opinion that this place is awful.

I really enjoyed the landlord, the hardwood floors, location, and the apartment overall; however, management was awful. They raised our rent multiple times without any explanation. Also the cost of laundry in the building was a bit much.
