This apartment complex is well maintained, secure and staff are on site and available into the evening hours. Heating parking as well as ample parking in front is a nice plus. Tenants are friendly and helpful, the pool is a nice perk of living at Riva Ridge as well.

Lived here for 2yrs, completely overpriced for the sq/ft unless you receive Section 8; then Id imagine its a dream place to live. Towards the end, it seemed like a rip off and the cost outweighed benefits. Laundry costs at least $3.50 to wash and dry one load. On site maintenance in the form of Eric was at least nice and able to fix what needed to be fixed. Being able to fork up the crazy rent amount was at least convenient by the online portal. Clean building, but food smells are very strong in all hallways. Very little privacy: condescending notes in the form of FYIs always slipped under door, thin walls on the sides, noisy hallways and thin floors if on 2nd or 1st floor. Underground heated parking was a godsend in the winter.
