I wouldnt recommend renting here. If price is a factor for you, know that they will consistently jack up the rent $50-60 every single year with no notice for you to look for a different spot. Parking is lacking. There isnt enough spots in the parking lot for everyone to park. Also, maintenance is lacking. I had a simple toilet issue and it took them almost two weeks to fix. I wouldnt recommend it. When addressing my concerns, it was really difficult to get in contact with anyone from the office. Also, I received a rude email in return. Best off finding somewhere else.

Windows old and cloudy/dirty. Old fixtures and mold in the bathroom.

Fairly quiet environment. Usually did not hear neighbors. Management did a tour while I was gone and my lights were left on for days; after enough complaining they did reimburse me some money which was appreciated. The security deposit is low and I was refunded the whole thing. After living in college apartments it was a nice change. Close to West Saint Paul shopping, but not much night life or resturaunts around.
