Management never kept up on paper work so I ended up paying back rent

It took several months to get a microwave. There was a big ugly hole where an old microwave had been. In fact I would say 4-5 months or more.

I was notified by the apartment manager that my recent rent check returned with a NSF. I was told to correct or face legal action. After consulting with my bank, they informed me that Birchwood East Apartments did not attempt to send my check through because they would have a record of the transaction. I have never had a problem with paying my rent and for them to not pick up the phone and try to resolve over the phone is very upsetting. The next day the apt. manager said it was their fault
