    This is by far the worst apartment management company I have ever had to deal with. Staff is rude to the point of being blatently disrespectful. Management came back two days before we were to move in and demanded a double deposit of over $1,400 for a 660 sq. ft. There was the issue of the insect infestation and we were without hot water on three seperate occasions, one of the occasions lasted four(4) days. When we inquired about the issue we were told it was not an emergency and when I pointed out the lease stated they would provide hot water we were told by 'Debbie' to "just leave then". When we inquired if it would violate the lease to leave they said, 'absolutely'. The entire building smells like an ashtrey and again when we inquired about the issue we were met with scoffs and more attitude. A clogged kitchen sink that was filled with raw sewage because the main had backed up was ignored for over 24 hours by management. After having the fecal matter over flow onto the floor we called an outside plummer. Upon requesting that the amount for the plummer be put against our rent, we were told not to do that again via a letter that read like a parent disciplining a child warning us that this kind of activity is not acceptable, they did credit the account in the end though. This property has an extensive history of law suits, sign a lease at your own risk.

    My brief stay here was awful. Staff is rude, inconsistent, conniving and next to impossible to get a hold of. There's zero communication and interpersonal skills between departments. Air Conditioner units are nothing but energy hogs as there was zero air circulation mechanisms throughout the unit. Rates continue to climb.If this place was managed effectively it would be a great place to stay. I also noticed that staff members like to leave 5 Star reviews, which is a conflict of interest.Don't waste your time and money.

    I used to live here. It was well maintained and affordable. Lots of green space and outdoor pools.

    While our apartment was OK, management is very non-responsive and uncaring as to conditions of the buildings.

    Rules are not enforced, communication with the office is poor, and tenants are not disciplined for violating rules. We were told we were going to be located in a quiet, non-smoking building, with no dogs, but everyday we had to walk through secondhand smoke, there were dogs howling and when trying to call the office, no one would answer. We were also given the wrong address on our lease, by the office, causing our mail to be delayed.
