I had found a better apartment complex and when Kim from City Walk asked me where I decided to go, Kim states Oh no! My colleague lives there and she constantly complains of how loud the heat and AC machine is. She says she has to turn her TV up to 100 just to hear. I do appreciate you letting us know! Thanks! I responded with Well I have an employee who lives at City Walk and complained that the heat went out a few days ago. Bashing another complex is quite unprofessional and I'm glad I chose correctly.

Management team is not good at all, the apartments will flood and god forbid anything gets broken because youll never have it fixed unless you pay out of pocket.

I loved this place when it was under different owner\management. The place quickly fell, it's filthy, not kept up at all, and the managers are the most unprofessional. You will be paying alot more than you expected to. Paying to keep the building and your unit. You won't get your deposit.

Do not move here! I am a current resident, and my experience prior to signing my lease was so nice! As soon as I signed my lease - poof! Access to any kind of assistance from the office is nearly nonexistent. So many residents are upset, and they are now giving CURRENT residents "official notices to vacate" up to 5 months before their leases are up if you don't agree to resign during their high-pressure and invasive inspection. Candice is a poor excuse for a property manager, and her office staff very much follows her example.

Living here has been the worst experience ever! I'm generally a pretty laid back person and I've had it with this place! It literally rained in my apartment multiple times and we are going on 5 months without a real Solution to our mold issue. Yep, this place has no customer service! Hidden fees, broken elevators, garage doors don't work and there is no parking available, not clean... You name it, this place struggles with it. Counting down the days to not call this "luxury" complex home.
