The price for what was offered was not reasonable, so we left when our lease was due. In the winter the sidewalk area to the Dog Park was not safe, there were water damns that were not removed.

We really enjoyed living at Regency Hill for three years. Management was always very responsive, the place is very well taken care of and in nice shape. The only drawback was that the walls and windows were thin. Overall, for an apartment it was very nice.
