    In the past six months, I have not received monthly newsletters on a regular basis. I have also not been notified when the exterminators have come to complete a pest inspection.

    when you go to renew your lease there are not much offered to renew such as cash incentives, or a free carpet cleaning

    It was amazing until they decided to let anything park in the parking lot. There should be a designated area for boats, motorcycles, and burnt campers. I feel like I'm driving to the junkyard to get home. I have also lived here for a longer time than most residents. My rent agreement always increases, and I have never been rewarded or even told thank you for always paying on time. I also asked for maintence on my air conditioning unit earlier this year. I was told that I need black out curtains.

    When ever I needed anything, they were there. Once an alarm was going off at 1:30 in the morning, it didn't take but a few minutes before maintenance was here. Everyone is very kind and helpful.

    Moving into the apartment was smooth and the apartment itself is very nice. I will say there looks to have been a rush painting the apartment. There are very rough finishes around wood/wall boundaries and around appliances. Certain items such as the bath tub and dish washer required additional cleaning. Overall I am happy with the apartment.
