The staff is very responsive and accomadating to your needs. For the first time in 12 years of living in apartments, I had a mx guy sincerely apologize that my a/c went out and there was nothing that he could've done to prevent it. They were always about making sure my concerns were a chief priority. PJ, is by far the most professional leasing consultant and stayed engaged throughout my stay there. He definitely epitomizes what any business would want out of their employees.

I have complained about the tenants above us for 1-1/2 years and nothing has been done. They run a home business out of their apartment and work around the clock. When I call, nothing happens.

The staff is amazing and has always treated me great. Moving to a new state would not have been as easy if it were not for them and how well they take care of their tenants.

Overall, for such an expensive community, landmark apartments have subpar maintenance efficacy and management feels like they don't really care about residents except one person who works in the office, and I suspect he's been there the longest. The property feels more like it would cater to elderly tenants better than young ones as there isn't much in the way of amenities for young residents or residents with children.
