    Garbage. Paid nearly $400 to "Make the apartment move-in ready" and was handed an exact replica of Joes Apartment from that movie. The display unit was beautiful. The Walkthrough was not. There were lots of live cockroaches, holes in the ceiling walls and screens, outdated appliances, paint on the floors, a mildew smell, and the dining room were literally flooded.

    The staff is horrible especially the white lady which I'm guessing is the manager is very rude. Our apartment had mold growing on the ceiling due to a leak from upstairs which was mentioned to her and it was never taken care of. In the spare bedroom, the seal around the window needed to be repaired because when the wind would blow you would see the curtains move, and when it rained, water would come in. Once again, advised the property manager and nothing was done. The grounds on the other hand are made sure to be taken care of but not the living spaces for the residents. They need to call in an inspector and let them do their inspections rather than the employees because they would be in some world of trouble. So my advice to anyone thinking about renting here please go somewhere else because it is not worth the money. Instead of what the rent is, it should be $200-$300 if that. And also, there were roaches in our apartment coming from upstairs from when someone moved out, and not only in our apartment but in the entire building because we were asked by other tenants in the building if we had them because they did, so apparently they don't do their pets control like they are supposed to. They need a new staff at this property or they need to at least fire the manager of the property and get one in that will actually do their job.

    The apartments a pretty nice and as long as you work during the day it would be a great place to live. But as i work graveyard shift i give it a 2 star and do not recommend anyone that works the same shift live here since you will get woke up roughly every couple weeks for random bug spraying, inspection, replacing various items, etc. They do not care about people who work 3rd shifts at all.

    The apartments are beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. If I choose any apartment in the area these are in the lead.
