"Nightmare on Three Rivers Rd - A Warning to All!" I currently have the misfortune of living in what can only be described as the worst apartment complex ever. From day one, it was a rollercoaster of disappointment and frustration. Let's talk about the managementor lack thereof due to the high turnover rate. The communication is as nonexistent as my faith in humanity after dealing with them. Requests for maintenance took longer than it takes for a snail to finish a marathon, and when they did show up, it was like watching a comedy of errors unfold. Note that many requests still have not been fulfilled. It's as if they had a handbook on how not to manage a property. The amenities? Oh please. The so-called "gym" is more like a museum for outdated equipment, and the pool is reminiscent of a neglected swamp. And don't get me started on the parking situationfinding a spot felt like participating in a cutthroat game of musical chairs. As for the neighbors, it is a harmonious symphony of constant noise and illegal solicitation. Thin walls, loud parties, and a seemingly endless parade of stomping feet, constant subletting (to meth users), property damage (same meth users), prostitution in plain sight (same meth users), and calls to 911 make me question if I had accidentally moved into a zoo of meth users. And we are located next to the office, where staff have a clear view of all this mess. To sum it up, living in this apartment complex is like voluntarily signing up for a twisted reality show where chaos and disappointment are the main attractions. Save yourself the misery and find a place that understands the concepts of basic management and tenant satisfaction. You'll thank me later.

They don't micro manage. I love that it feels like home and I come and go as I please. Lots of trees and nice neighbors. Easy living.

Under current mgmt my repeated requests to replace the missing fire extinguisher from my breeze way have been completely ignored, along with my last service request for a replacement light from under my microwave. Both request were first made more than 6 months ago. Also since the new security gates have been implemented, they were installed everywhere but the Three Rivers Rd entrance (the main road that borders the complex). Since the other gates are generally always kept open (during daylight hours, and often around the clock.) All the new arrangement has accomplished is to shut off access to Three Rivers. To those of us who live near that entrance, it provides no extra security when the other gates are always open. It just blocks convenient access for those of us who must now come and go from the far end of the complex. As a resident of 3 years, who has always had an exit right near my unit ( I waited to move in until I could get a ground floor unit adjacent to an entrance and dumpster) this is a sore subject,as well as a daily inconvenience. It seems that since the other gates are very often left open, that the Three Rivers entrance could also be unlocked during those hours, or have another electric access gate be installed there too.

Great service from the women in the office. However, the pool doesn't get cleaned as often as it should, nor the laundry or workout areas.
