Everything was fantastic, but I hated the bumps and speed bumps in the parking lot. Had it been a nice drive I would have give a perfect score.

I give Parkwest an average rating because I have lived at several other apartment complexes in the area. In comparison, the apartment itself is really nice; however due to maintence issues and the untimely manner in which things are fixed results in an average rating. By living on the top floor, I have a water leak almost every time it rains. Also, because of the apartments choice in the water system, water bills are more expensive than if you lived in a house or different apartment in the area.
