This is the worst apartment complex ever!! First of all I moved here at the start of COVID so I chalked up most of my issues to that. When I moved in I was told that they were replacing the blinds that didnt match. Well they didnt I did it myself. The garbage disposal didnt work and drew in bugs it took 3 months for them to fix it. The building settled and I couldnt lock my door when I left the apartment. I replaced it myself because they never sent anyone out. The pipe in my shower head leaked for 6 months and I truly believe it was only fixed because thats when I renewed my lease. Now theres a leak in my upstairs neighbors bathroom and its making my ceiling leak its been 30 days so now theres mold growing that is affecting my allergies and breathing. Management is too concerned with putting notes on the doors telling people that everyone will get fined because someone is throwing trash on the ground but has no concerns with mold growth. Buyers be aware before you sign that lease!!!!!

The lady in the office was very nice, very helpful and informative. There was trash thrown about on the grounds and in the stairwells. There were some sheets hanging off the balcony of one of the apartments. The lady did inform me that they were redoing some of the apartments, however, this had nothing to do with construction. The grounds did not look anything like the pictures that they posted on the Internet. From what I saw not only would I not recommend these apartments and I definitely will not be moving there.
