My name is Leonardo Clark I've been living here Edgewood Terrace since April 2017 this is so not a good place to live I've been out of lightbulb since I've been in this apartment in April coming through the Breezeway through the door and they hadn't still put light bulbs in the breezeway and this is November no maintenance chain property manager even 90 days so I took it on myself to put a lightbulb up there in the breezeway and it is November the 8th 2017 in my neighborhood in k21 she fell down the stairs so this is not a safe environment

Because for 2 weeks my air was out and it took them 2 weeks to finally get it fixed. There is no real maintenance crew. The property manager stopped replying to my emails about the issue and people over the entire complex wouldn't even return a phone call.

They said the apt was ready and it wasn't after we paid the pro rated rent... it's been going 2 months and things have not still been fixed. And on top of it all we don't have the washer and dry or the hook ups that we are paying for!

It is average for me because, when I first moved in nothing was ready in my apartment as it should have been. Things inside of my apartment are still not up to standards, and no one ever answers the phone.
