Have lived here for 5 years, have never been late on rent, never caused a disturbance, received an eviction notice... along with many others in the neighborhood, have had nothing but issues in the last 5 years, failing to repair or replace items covered under the lease agreement, even when the A/C went out we had to wait several days, they are nothing but thieves

Ive called for almost a month and no call backs and no one ever answers the phone!! They post theres a rental in bethal estates but theres over 500 applications that are on a waiting list

There are over 600 people on the wait list. It takes years for anyone to get a callback or to be able to live here. I dont know the point in them advertising.
