DO NOT LIVE HERE my husband and I have lived here for just about 3 years and all it has been is issues. We lived in mold for 2 years, all they did was come and spray it. We had personal belongings damaged due to flooding in our first unit. Our animals were getting severely sick, along with my husband and I being constantly sick due to the mold growing everywhere in our unit. They told us we could move units and there was a delay in getting the keys for this new unit by 2 days late, didnt seem to care that it we got keys late and still charged us for those 2 days with rent. Coming into the new unit, everything seemed to be fine, until we had AC issues. The AC issues have been ongoing for over a year now, and there are times they refuse to fix it. They turn off the emergency line if there is an emergency, which is against the law to refuse the repair to our unit. We have experienced drain issues, for example, 3 times in ONE month, and we were told they couldnt identify who it was meanwhile my husband and I were out of town for that month. On top of that, their tree fell on my vehicle which resulted in a total loss, and they didnt help with that portion besides removing the tree. They dont care about their residents. The units are old and they cover themselves up with paint on the walls.

So, had some issues in the beginning and even some now 4 months into lease but the staff has really stepped up to the plate to take care of situations as they arise. I've read many of the negative reviews but the thing to remember and realize is they are people too and they are not out to scam anyone. My first impression was like what the heck but my second impression has been then going over and beyond. I would stay just give them a chance to make things right.

Our apartment was beautiful! The maintenance and office staff are always very quick to respond and helpful. I will miss the miss the great pool party and other events the staff hosted. I would've stayed longer if we wouldn't have bought a house.

Unless you want to have a broken A/C unit and it be 86 degrees in your house never move here. Id like to think they would WANT to fix it but it has been three days now. I am so hot and sick all the time and I know my puppy is too. You have no idea what its like to work all day outside and be hot and sweaty and then you come home and its even worse inside your own home. I had to take a cold shower to feel better. Never lived at a worse apartment then this. That doesnt care at all about the well being of its tenants.

The staff at Cherry Creek are awesome! They usually always complete maintenance work orders fairly quick.

I also lived here in early 2000s, I was a kid and having that creek to play in, big field to run & the pool - it was a direct connection to my country roots, in an urban area. I loved it, loved Carmen trails elementary, PSM & Parkway South is a great school system.

My mom and I lived in this apartment complex in the early 2000s. 2 bedroom unit. The location is convenient for shopping and those who may ride the bus. No complaints as unit adequate size and professional staff at that time.

Lived here for almost a year without incident. Maintenance is quick and courteous. The grounds are extremely well taken care of. As well very quiet overall… highly recommend

Very cosy but the size of the complex needs work. I like how there are 2 bedrooms in each apartment and large living room but the kitchen is very small and does not smell very pleasant

I enjoy living here. Dylan and all the leasing office staff are always very helpful and on top of things.

It’s just horrible and when I moved here there was a huge marker stain so disgusting

My favorite own one place to always forever stay is City Heights Magnolia Place Dale Street New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill

This place is a wonderful apartment complex the staff is amazing the maintenance guys are absolutely wonderful about get things fixed when needed fixed.

You will not get your deposit back. No matter how clean you leave it, whether or not you patch the walls....no deposit back. I had no pets, no accidents, no damage to the apartment. There was one 3"spill on the carpet that she pointed out. On the walk through I was told to expect a return because this was the cleanest apartment she had seen yet. No deposit. I found a far better apartment for $60/month more. It includes a second bathroom, clothes washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, a beautifully maintained workout room, three swimming pools, one of which is year round plus valet trash. Plus, a quick dash to a highway. Keep looking, you can do better! Feel free to contact me about where I live now.

I have lived here for a little bit. A few days ago my air conditioning unit broke and it was above 85 degrees in my apartment. They said they were waiting on a part to arrive to fix it. It has been 3 days now waking up in the middle of the night sick because im so hot. My dog keeps coughing because shes hot. You dont know how horrible of a feeling it is to work all day and be tired and come home to an apartment that is as hot as outside. I have called multiple times only to be missed and then drive up to the office to find out they are just ignoring my calls all together. They are just sitting in the office not answering. I have never worked with a more rude sloppy unprofessional apartment staff as this one. This place needs to be bought out and the whole staff replaced. I have never been so upset and aggravated with a company that I feel the need to go on BBB but here it is!

Horrible place to live. My friend lives here and she has been saying they wont fix her a/c unit. I thought id go outta my way and give a one star for that.
