The apartment building that i rent for my daughter is infested with bugs and brown recluse spiders. She has been bitten in her sleep (confirmed by ER visit). They make me pay for monthly pest control; however they do not show up on a monthly basis. When they do it causes the spider problem to worsen. Maintenance told her to put out spider tape to catch them. The neighbors across the hall and downstairs report the same issue. When you go to look at apartments just walk the stairwells and see for yourself, all of the spiders taking up residence here.

We really enjoyed our 4 years here. There are 4 swimming pools, a fitness center and an amazing park within walking distance. The office staff was friendly and super efficient. Our maintenance requests were handled quickly. The townhouse we had was large and nice, but quite out dated.
