Logan was established in 1935 and is known to be among the top chiropractic colleges and universities in all of North America. The institution offers programs for students to get a Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and in Nutrition and Human Performance.
According to data collected by the U.S. Census Bureau, Chesterfield rentals have a vacancy rate of 8.2 percent, and median gross rent was $946 as of 2010. The 200-acre Faust Park is a top attraction and is one of St. Louis County's most unique parks.
