    The management is worthless. They do nothing about children yelling at the top of their lungs ALL DAY. The management refuses to answer any questions. The rent increases a large amount every year, regardless. There is no supervision at any community center or gathering for noise control or behavioral conduct. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, rent elsewhere.

    The experience was good in all ways. I had some noisy neighbors at one point, but I spoke to the office and the late night noise subsided. Anytime I had an issue in my apartment (there weren't many) it was resolved quickly. The staff was very nice, I enjoyed my view, and all in all, I would recommend the property to anyone looking for one.

    Living at Baxter Crossing has been a very good experience. When you call with a maintance problem it is addressed in a very timely manner.Have not had any problems with other residence.Paying rent is convienent,you can do so online.

    I had a good experience while living at Baxter Crossing Apartments. The neighbors were a bit noisy at times partying until 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM on their back patio and they seem to ignore requests to keep the noise level to a reasonable level. The apartment itself was nice and the location was conveniently located. My job took to further west or I might well have stayed.

    They were slow to respond to basic maintenance like lighting on public stairways, fixing the pool, the retaining wall collapse on westmeade, and the childrens playground has rusty nails exposed.

    Location is nice. My water smells like sulfur. Poorly insulated around doors and windows. Not worth the money they charge.
