      Terrible experience, quality of maintenance requests is poor, quality of building is poor, staff members in their office are certainly not a joy to work with. Don't move here unless you enjoy repeat tickets especially HVAC issues, layers of paint slipped on your walls to cover up existing issues, dry rotted balconies, 200+ dollar electric bills in the summer when your ac is running, street hoodlum electricians to be allowed in your apartment while you're at work that flip breakers, laugh, and make jokes to their co-workers after they notice they just killed power to your rack mount servers while the complex doesn't hold themselves responsible for any of it.

      Poor customer service. The do not care about the residents at all. The quality of the building is also poor, things always broke and maintenance is not good.

      My air condition broke 3 different times on me. The maintenance man was a sweetheart each time he came to fix my unit, but it shouldn't have taken 3 times to fix the issue ( replaced relay, replaced capacitor, outside unit messed up) . Then in the winter my heat went out when the outside temperature was 24 degrees. I came home from working a 12 hr shift and I could see my breath in the apartment because it was that cold!! Maintenance again had to come fix my unit. The heating coils burnt out. Imagine my frustration!!! Then one day I came home to all the doors upstairs and downstairs inside my apartment/town-home open ( I keep all doors closed to notice when someone has been in my apartment because I live alone). When I called the front office because I checked my house and noticed nothing was missing, plus there was a wire laying across my bathroom counter. They told me they were doing electrical checks on all the units and they had not posted the notifications on the doors yet, so maintenance must have started a day early. Then last but not least...I have a 14 month lease. For 12 straight months I have not been late on a payment because it was on autopay. Well the individual that setup autopay for me, the day I signed my lease, no longer works here. So when I checked my bank account on the 4th of the 13th month I noticed that my rent had not been taken out. The next day on a Monday, I called and dropped by the office to notify them that there was a problem and to pay in person to make sure two payments wouldn't be taken out. They told me I owed a $50 Late Fee even though their representative setup my auto pay. Prior to that day I had NEVER been late on a payment and THEIR representative setup my autopay. After harassing me about the $50 for weeks, I decided to pay even though I have been inconvenienced NUMEROUS times and I did not think that I should have to pay since I did not make the mistake. When my lease is up in 3 weeks, I will be leaving because I should not

      Customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. They dont keep track of your maintenance requests and their billing system online for rent payments is a rip off. Maintenance doesnt come on time when you make requests. The renovated apartments are renovated cheaply and quickly, very poor quality. If you wanna live in the worst apartment home community in chesterfield, live here.

      This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. To take things from the very beginning- we werent allowed to have a walk through of our apartment prior to moving in- on our move in day- as were signing the lease we were informed that one of our bathrooms was completely unfinished and unusable and they had no idea until the day of. That made absolutely no sense. They only fixed it after I basically had to track them down every day for two weeks. This was a breach of contract and they had absolutely no sympathy. The staff takes absolutely no initiative on fixing issues. There is zero communication and zero solutions. They are currently replacing all of the mailbox locks and keys throughout the entire complex which has forced every resident to collect their mail from the post office. That was fine for the first week- but now its been a month and there have been no leads as to when the locks will be fixed. After calling and calling- they blame it on the post office. I have gone to the post office and talked to just about every staff member and they have absolutely no clue what Baxter crossing is talking about and say that the locks and keys are completely not their responsibility. Its infuriating. Next up- lets talk about the couple of roaches we have found in our apartment. My boyfriend and I are clean young professionals that clean daily and are extremely conscious of our living space. We have found two roaches in our kitchen- called the front desk- they said that they would add us to their list. I followed up with them this morning (6 days later) and they said oh we meant to get someone over there but we wrote down your address wrong. They had our phone number the whole time. I could go on and on about all of the things that bother me about this place. The broken fitness equipment in the gym. The amount of screaming unsupervised children that run around in the parking lot and put themselves in danger. The crappy in home washer and dryer.
