      Ive lived in seven rentals across 5 states, and Im disappointed to say that this has been the most problematic of all of them while also having the highest rent. Though I have numerous complaints about my experience here, I will focus on the most egregious and pressing problem: the air conditioner is completely inadequate. My apartment is a three-bedroom split over 5 levels, and the top two levels do not get cool no matter where the thermostat is set. Currently, the thermostat is set at 67 and the top floor is 77.5 degrees. Last weekend, when it was hotter outside, the thermostat was set at 67 and the top floor was 81 degrees. Ive been trying to get the apartment complex to address this issue for about a month, and finally last week maintenance checked the AC unit and said it is working fine. After sending two more e-mails without receiving a response, I contact the Assistant Property Manager. Her take: 6 degrees is a reasonable difference between thermostat and top floor (what about 14?) and a recommendation that I use blackout shades, fans, or that I purchase a window unit. I find this to be truly unacceptable. If Im paying $1600 a month for an apartment advertising central air, its simply not good enough to be told to get my own window unit to get the top floor cool. I would not recommend renting here!

      Moved in a couple years ago to newly renovated home needing frequent repairs, paints chipping inside and outside, car wash station is hit or miss if its working, shower head toilets and faucets were changed to be more environmentally friendly and now toilets frequently clog and water barely flows, rent increased over $200 the first year without warning and now we have mice in our updated over priced unit. Explanation is that its a wooded area.... They are trying but I would definitely not suggest staying here.

      Horrible move in experience !!! I feel duped. They showed us a renovated apartment and said ours would be renovated just like that unit just a different floor plan .... we move in our unit and there is no renovation just a newly painted Apartment that's not even up to par ..... first off they said we would have bamboo hardwood floors... we have carpet and in the kitchen and bathroom it looks to be peel and stick tile ..... our washer doesn't fit properly in the allocated spot and the bathroom door won't close and the dryer .... DOESN'T dry our clothes. The bathrooms are still old and they just painted over the vanity... no new features or renovation at all .... the kitchen as well... It's crazy how you work hard for your money and are willing to pay to get what you want but the people here don't deliver at all... I wish I had of done my research on this property prior to moving in !!

      Been living here for almost 5 years. Never had a proble with anyone. I moved out here because of the peace and quietness. Well a couple of months ago we got New Neighbors. And they play there music very lound and very late at night. My enite side works early mornings and to go to bed with base in our ears. This is not what I signed up for!

      This is the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed at! Management is terrible and getting worse. The buildings are falling apart and there is so much damage to the units. Avoid like the plague.
