It was nice to be at a place that the owners are there and taking care of all the situations. I do like the spot and would recommend this place.

There is no "clubhouse"
There is no pool. It is cracked and shut down for years.
The parking lot is full of potholes.YES potholes.
Water heaters are shared so good luck taking hot shower or bath
Washing facilities are always lacking and the dryers do not work properly. They blow moist air from the other persons dryer next to yours. Gross.
They raise rent every year.
There are bugs everywhere regardless of what management says.
The kitchens are from the 60s and the carpets in the lobby's are nasty.

This place put a reminder notice on everyone's door. In this notice they claim to be every bit as good as other apartments in the area. Ha! What this place lacks is class and professionalism by its owners and management. The notice is an insulting rant by the owner of how she's sick of people coming to the office requesting fees to be waived and how she's not going to do that just because your a good resident or you've only been late once. It also goes on to give examples of what some residents have came to her and said/ asked. I'm sure the residents she quoted but did not name read this and were offended as well. It also has a section about emergency maintenance calls. Basically it tells you to only have an emergency during their business hours because their maintenance man has a life. So... In short... The notice says no exception will be made by the owners/ management for the renters responsibility but we as renters need to be understanding when management and maintenance don't get to you in a timely fashion because they are busy and have lives. My suggestion to the author of the reminder notice is... Keep it professional and have some class when writing a letter to post on everyone's door. Your residents aren't interested in reading all the extra ranting you obviously feel your entitled to. I'm sure the apartments you claim to be as good as would never be so directly offensive to their residents or put out notices with so much personal animosity outlined in them.
