I gave the Arbors a GOOD rating because the maintenance is always on the ball! If there is ever a problem they are there within 24 hours to repair. If its an emergency they are there within the hour. If it can be fixed over the phone they always call back to check if everything's ok. I didn't give them a GREAT rating because things that we had been told we would have or have done have never happened. EI- we were told we were gonna move into the remodeled apartments....that never happened.

The office staff acts fake and they lie about going to do things but they never do.People warned me about moving over here wished I listened. The kids run wild all over the place without supervision playing on people's car scratching them. I hate it here

The parking lot needs to be fixed, the outlets need to be moved & fixed into the walls not just setting there.

Ive had problems in my apartment and I told the staff and maintenance and they have failed to do anything about it. If Im paying to live here then things should be fixed and not ignored.
