Do yourself a favor and avoid any properties managed by The Lipton Group. This company hired contractors to do landscaping back in the fall, they totally trashed my car with dust/dirt/mud. When I went to the leasing office to see if I would be getting a car wash, some type of compensation, or at least an apology, the staff was super rude. They don't greet you when you enter the leasing office so that right there tells you what they think of you. They do not consider their tenants a priority. I have heard of plenty of crime and problems since moving here 3 years ago. The walls are SUPER thin, not to mention there aren't any updates made to your unit after renewing, and they NEVER answer the phones in the leasing office. Thankfully my lease ends this week and I am out of here. Avoid the hassle and outdated living.

I feel safe over all and it is a decent apartment, but nothing spectacular. Has undergone several management and policy changes on a specific policy, so the jury is still out on how I feel about the newest changes. But improvement over when I first moved in.
