    I think the apartment complex is good because they are willing to work with each of us, but not excellent because management comes off as snotty sometimes and nobody wants to work with snotty people.

    They dont want to fix things that are important to. Our back door has mold all around it because of all the moisture that forms allover the inside of the door.'We have tryed everything to get rid of the mold but no luck. I also went to tell the office and she acted like it was no big deal about how cold it gets in our room due to the door. I also told her about an outleft that didnt work and a major leak under our sink. Maintenance fix outlet but was not told of leak until i told him,he fixed it

    Some of the outlets don't work and the apartment had minor dents and dings

    The apartments could be in better condition. They remodeled them, and raised the rent. Which brings me to the number one problem: expense. They aren't really worth what they're charging.

    We can hear people walking above us. Fitness room has broken equipment . Laundry room washers are small and dryers don't work good

    The staff is nice, but flaky and I've had several instances where needing to get things done and in order took much longer than necessary. The apartments are nice for the money, but overall it's good to live here if you're a college student nothing more. There are children who live here who are loud and unruly and when you are working full-time as well as a full-time student, the last thing you need is a child stomping their foot on the outside steps and slamming doors.
