For the most part, everything is enjoyable here. Service requests get responded to promptly. I have had some i Read Moressues in the last with some of the office staff, and dealing with transitioning of ownership has been stressful for payments at times.

I'm very happy with the staff but the wooden entrances to our doorways are becoming really dirty. Kind of emba Read Morerrassing to bring friends over and their comments lean towards "well it looks like some one set fire to your neighbors door" or "almost got a splinter from walking up your stairs". If there is a way to clean these areas I would be interested in knowing.

I would say average because I'm growing dissatisfied with the continued addition of reserved parking spaces. Read MoreReserved spaces wont help with the lack of parking. My suggestion would be to close the two pools, turn those spaces into small lots, then clear out the big lake to make one massive pool area.
