I love the apartment complex. It is quiet, friendly people. The management are friendly as well. It is not too expensive.

Maintenance device were always prompt and courteous. The only issue I had was during installation of new siding the contractor cut my cable wires. I had to struggle for two weeks between management and time warner to get it fixed. They also did not give notice when they changed out the patio doors I came home and there was no doors with three Hispanic men who didn't speak a lick if English smiling at me. A 24 hour notice would have been appreciated

3 years I've been here. Entrance door broken when I moved in Still broken! Parking lot full of serious potholes. Package delivery system is stupid. Snow removal poor. Of all the many promises they make, very, very, few are followed through. Maintenance is anything but professional. Outdoor and hallway lighting around my building is always out.

There are a few small maintenance issues I have been trying to get taken care of since I moved in 4 years ago. Also a few other issues that are beyond the staff's control have been continuous.
