I actually dont and would never live in Roasters Block, but I have a lot to say about their tenants since I live across the street. Their residents are low class at best. The ones who have dogs dont clean up after them. Their behavior to neighbors is deplorable, yet, they think theyre something because they throw their money away paying exorbitant rent. When they get drunk, they open their windows to yell obscenities at fellow neighbors. The owners/management of the property refuse to keep on top of their garbage situation that fellow neighbors have to look at. Classless property and residents.

They call this place luxury? A number of amenities? Far from it. Pool closed every two weeks, maintenance is non existent.. usually takes 2-3 weeks for them to respond to an issue. 50/50 chance they fix it. Havent cleaned windows in 14 + months... could go on and on! Building itself is incredible....thats it

All apartment buildings call themselves communities, but Roaster's Block takes that label to a new level. The events that management plans and executes have brought us together. When I moved to Kansas City, I had never met anyone in the area, and the RB community welcomed me. From events like friendsgiving to casual poolside hangouts, there's always something going on. RB embodies all the great characteristics of Kansas City--hip, vibrant, and unique. It is my favorite place I've ever lived.
