    I was looking for some place convenient to highway-that it is. Within a year, there were small issues and managers would not get addressed. Then changing the lease requirements mid lease. (Attorney General got involved) . Failure to properly notify of entry into units. Neighbors consistently leaving dog feces around the complex. Yet, mgmt did nothing. Well, they told me to snap a photo of the dog with the owner. Pool is frequently closed . MONTHS before recent lease renewal they tried to force me to vacate for a day to remove the carpet in the living room and then add linoleum and redo all the other linoleum throughout. That's right, move all my stuff out (which would have taken more days). No considerations (rent rebate, pay for storage unit). But I would get the "luxury amenity" and a rent increase at renewal. They started raising rent up to $400/month. In my building (12 units), 7 people moved out in less than 5 months. Parking is a constant issue, and part of it is residents of the townhomes, and their guests, are taking up spots. The townhome residents also use our trash (which they are not supposed to). The owners have doubled trash fees, then closed down three trash dumpsters and threatened apartment residents with fines for the one compactor being overflowing. There are allegations of improperly assessed water bill, which have not been reconciled. While I don't smoke, the management sent a disrespectful email about the no smoking policy, can't smoke within 50 ft of the buildings, yet I constantly see maintenance and contractors smoking. Staff are less than helpful, sometimes rude. If you ever get the impression they are not to be bothered, you would be accurate. May be why there is a turn over. There is so much more, thus my reason in looking to vacate. 0/0 stars.

    Someone called me back within that week. They were very kind and helpful. Im happy to say Im an official resident and move at the end of September.
