This place is less than five years old and they already have to do major construction because the windows leak. In addition you can go to Gladstone City Hall And learn that the apartment complex got a ridiculously huge tax break To develop. It's a garbage filled place with the construction going on. You have no access to your garage because they have been blocking it. We have even been threatened for not using the garage because there isn't enough parking. Don't waste your breath, time, or money.

Absolutely love The Heights - only drawback for us is that we've moved in before all of the amenities are ready for use! Looking forward to enjoying our balcony and the pool when it's finished!

You can hear everything...kids runing Down the hall, neighbors TV, etc.

Many things are not complete such as some of our balconies or not put on yet and no one can ever answer when completion is expected. It is difficult to get responses to questions and concerns here.

Apartment building and outside property well kept and clean. I have had to have maintenance come to my unit and they are always polite and quick to correct any issues. Office staff is very friendly and helpful; they even pet my dog and give him treats if he visits the office. Lovely community feel, very happy here!
