Very thin ceilings/walls. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walk around at 2 am every night. Dogs bark late at night.

The apartment Manager has always been swift to respond to any requests or issues that arise in the complex. It is my main reason for staying here in Westport Manor.

There is a give and take that comes with living here. There are some annoyances and pain points, but if you can handle them, then I think the benefits outweigh.

Apartments are very up to date and modern, However the maintenance on them is poor. Floors need redone, bathroom tile, and kitchen tile also have cracks. When I moved in the Apartment was not properly deep cleaned. Food was left in cabinets. Bathroom has crack in tub. The apartments have an awful stench to them as well and no matter what you do they smell like the basement below. Overall maintenance just needs to come in and give these nice apartments back there life.

Since moving in I have encountered a number of issues; things that were supposed to be fixed have never really been fixed, management does not seem to care about the cleanliness of the hallways and yard, if you want something you have to go get it because the management is not accommodating at all, management will not tell you about anything or and the residents that live there have very little respect for others and are very loud. I like the inside of my apartment a lot, but that is about it.

This is the best apartment community I have lived in. The manager and staff are truly excellent, and it is so apparent that they care about the community and the tenants. They are personable, go above and beyond and have become good friends of mine. The ONLY reason I am leaving is that my fiance and I are moving in together and wanted to move to a house. If that were not the case, I'd have stayed at this apartment complex for a very long time. Truly the best experience I could have wished for.
