For a year and a half I have been a resident in our new quality complex, Meridian at High View. Recently, a new management is in place, often I am finding their little touches that a big improvements!!! Like the new shelf in the mailroom I just found, hallelujah, no more deliveries scattered around like gifts under the Christmas tree. I was not joking when I expressed to lead manager present as I visited the office to tell whoever was here my reaction to the mailroom shelf, "the guy who assembled the shelf needs a raise (or at least a bonus) if 10 residents say something in gratitude of the shelf"! Just some time and attention can make solutions in life. I love this new team, and I love my place/apartment here which I call my palace!
