I have been a resident here almost 2 years. I have paid my rent on time, in full every month because I had my Read More rent set up as auto pay. I was planning on moving out in mid April, so only had the auto pay go up until March. Unfortunately, I completely forgot that the auto pay was not set up through April so I unintentionally did not pay my rent on time come April 1. I honestly thought the payment went through for that month. On April 6th, I received a letter posted on my door threatening to take me to court if I did not pay immediately. They sent no prior notifications that my rent was past due and not once tried to reach out to me. I would have logged into the resident portal and paid right away had they simply called on April 2 to remind me. It was a simple mistake on my part which did not warrant a disrespectful, threatening letter. They do not treat the residents respectfully. I understand the fault was on me, but the situation could have been handled MUCH more professionally. That was no way to treat a good resident who has caused the complex zero problems in the past. A friendly reminder would have been all that was necessary.

Old windows, very drafty. Windows frost up on the inside in the winter. High utility bills. Old appliances. Ca Read Morer broken into three times in one year.

Nice, quiet and clean complex. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly.

I very much enjoyed my townhouse until the roof was damaged and the I surname company would not repair it time Read Morely! I had leaks in my ceilings and buckets to catch the water. The maintenance staff did what they could, but those conditions were unacceptable.
