Why are there so many apartments available in this apartment complex? And the non response from management is a deal breaker, how long will it take for maintenance to show up in the event of a problem or will they show up???

I heard back I was told none of the information was true they had no 2 bdrm units below $875mo. They absolutely had nothing 850sqft or larger. ALL of there apartments were very very small. I mentioned I had Emotional Support/Assistance K9s we have 3 she didn't know what those were had no Idea what the State/ federal laws & guidelines were for landlords and tenants. said they could not live there because of size, breed, weight, and because there were 3, oh and the pet deposit would have been huge and pet rent. All of the above are not allowed with ESAs/Assistance K9s size, weight, breed, nor # of Support/Assistance K9s be considered as long as possible tenant can showing letters from certified medical professionals stating that these K9s are required. I was very disappointed as this is really we are wanting to live close to a very good friend. Thank you Angela
